Volunteer Shift

Below you will sign up for the volunteer shifts that you will be working. Please ONLY select the shifts you will show up to work. You are considered signed up for the shifts you select below. 

Please choose and sign up for your volunteer shifts below:

Thursday, April 17th: Race Day

  • Volunteers working during the race will have varied responsibilities. These responsibilities could include: start line assistance, setting up and taking down the course, working the water station, passing out refreshments, or other race operations. Enjoy yourself and cheer on the runners as they go by! Assist with clean up after the race. Celebrate a successful race with free pizza (at 8:00 pm) afterwards!!

    *Responsibilities during your shift may change based on day of needs.

    You are considered signed up for the shift(s) that you have selected above. 

    Please be ON TIME! You will be assigned a duty and provided with a shirt at that time. When you arrive for your assigned shift(s), please check in at the following locations:

    • April 15th-16th: WELL Reception Desk inside the WELL Admin Offices, which is located behind the Lobby Front Desk.
    • Shifts before 3:45pm on April 17th: WELL Reception Desk inside the WELL Admin Offices, which is located behind the Lobby Front Desk.
    • Shifts after 3:45pm on April 17th: Volunteer Check-in Table in front of the WELL
